Every year we are excited to see what new parties and festivities are happening downtown during the annual Essence Festival. While the festival itself is held at the New Orleans Ernest N. Morial Convention Center, many after parties and VIP guest events are where a lot of locals and visitors alike join in for some fun!

Girls Trip Movie Premiere
Hello Beautiful along with Nissan hosted a VIP Experience at the Canal Place theaters for guests to have a private screening of 2017’s hottest show weeks before it was released. Celebrities starring in the movie joined in some of the action with a few fun props and the hilarious Boomerang GIF with our brand new Broadway booth, complete with a custom booth wrap branded to fit perfectly for the movie’s premiere.
Starz Network VIP Party
A private event at the newly renovated and gorgeous New Orleans venue, Marché, the Starz stars from TV shows “American Gods”, “Power”, and “Survivor’s Remorse” took several breaks from the dance floor to hang out with the Boogie Booth team at the photo booth. Great set up using Marquee open-style booth and a colorful custom backdrop!
Mary J. Blige’s “Strength of a Woman” Brunch
Mary J. Blige teamed up with the Planned Parenthood and Essence teams to promote their “Strength of a Woman” campaign while enjoying brunch and a presentation from Miss Blige herself at The Roosevelt. Guests and celebrities of the brunch had the opportunity to have their photo taken at the photo booth, using our new GLAM filter built custom for our Infinity Booth with Photoshop effects, automatically applying skin-smoothing and youth enhancing black & white filter. The guest also had the opportunity to take a short video expressing their personal experiences and what “Strength of a Woman” means to them. Add our stunning white carpet experience to the mix and you have a perfectly glamorous event!
