Available Positions:
Operations Manager:
We are looking for a motivated, dependable, and hardworking Operations Manager who can manage the daily processes here at our main office in Mandeville, but also help manage all aspects of the events we send out on a daily basis. This is a salaried position with full benefits and paid time off.

Responsibilities and Duties (including but not limited to)
- Manage all aspects of the office from inventory, organization and cleanliness to functionality and space
- Test all software for every event to ensure everything works properly depending on what services the client books
- Prepare and pack all events as soon as possible and get them ready to go out with all checklists confirmed and signed off on
- Assist Event Manager with support for technical issues during events in progress (includes some weekends)
- On call to bring anything to events that was left off or forgotten during the packing stage
- Maintain software on all computers and tablets
- Know when all new updates and features for every software come out and responsible for letting the rest of the team know
- Learn and master all software we use
- Test new current software features as they roll out
- Test new software that comes out that we could possibly use
- Test new hardware that we can possibly use
- Participate in industry forums and support groups to learn as well as help others
- Come up with new ways to use software and get the most out of everything it can do
- Assist Event Manager with maintaining online schedule for all events
- Work with events manager to confirm all event details and logistics are correct and we have everything we need to have a successful events
- Transport equipment from northshore to southshore when needed
- Verify all equipment was returned properly and all events are properly closed out and handed off to the sales team post event
- Clean all booths, linens, equipment boxes etc after all events
- Maintain all booths and equipment are in top shape and replace or fix anything that isn’t up to our company standards
- Learn the experiential marketing industry and be familiar with the direction it’s going
- Know and be familiar with our competition and what they are doing
- Stay up to date with all social media platform size restrictions, limitations, and possibilities
- Become proficient and always learning how to work a DSLR camera
- Know and understand photo quality and lighting, flash settings, and all other aspects of photography related to our industry
- Responsible for shipping and receiving all out of town event equipment
- Responsible for logistics for executing events in other areas and states
- Help build new systems and processes to expedite the event preparation aspect of the process
- Maintain all long term leases- Update booths, do cash drops, software updates, customer relations
- Be ready and open to do whatever needed to help the company grow
Qualifications & Skills
- Must be over 21 year old
- Be able to work independently and not need to be micromanaged
- Be able to handle flexible work schedule
- Be able to work nights and weekends if needed depending on event schedule
- Have to be able to manage multiple events at multiple times in multiple places
- Excellent customer service and a friendly, outgoing personality
- Great time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail is a must
- Be able to follow checklists and ensure they are filled out 100% correctly
- Able to work under pressure and strong prioritization skills
- Proficient in Windows operating system/ MAC OS knowledge a plus
- Knowledge or interest in video editing software such as Adobe Premier or Final Cut Pro a plus
- Knowledge of or interest in photography
- Knowledge and understanding of different social media platforms
- Adaptable to business and team needs and changes
- Solid written and oral communications skills and excellent phone manner
- Team player attitude
- Have to be able to lift at least 75 lbs
- Travel to Mandeville office is required (M-F 8:30a-5:30p, some weekends)
- Truck, full-size car, or SUV a plus
- Clean driving record
Event Leads & Assistants:
We are looking for Event Leads who can work nights and weekends managing photo and video experiences for our clients. Most events are 3-4+ hours in length plus two hours before for set up and another hour at the end for breakdown and are located primarily around the New Orleans area. Your job would entail picking up the equipment from a local storage unit or our office (must be able to lift 50lbs), setting up photo booths, connecting all equipment, working the event, breaking everything down, and returning equipment to storage unit or office. Pay ranges between $20-$25/hr.
Operations + Event Lead:
We are looking for Operations/Event Leads who can work a few days during the week as an Operations Lead at our office in Mandeville assisting with testing and packing our booths/events as well and working events.
The Operations side of the position would entail setting up and testing photo booth software, packing the booths for deployment, and assisting in the creation of our custom LED signs. Operations pay is $17-20/h with 15+ hours per week.
The Event Lead side of the position would entail picking up the equipment from a local storage unit or our office (must be able to lift 75lbs), setting up photo booths, connecting all equipment, working the event, breaking everything down, and returning equipment to storage unit or office. Event pay ranges between $20-$25/hr and a typical event is 7-8hrs total.
